Data brokerage has historically meant one of two things: giant enterprise data vendors with generic offerings, or opaque wholesalers who buy cheap and mark up. Neither serves the kind of deal where a single archive can define whether a frontier model works, and where the seller has never done a transaction like this before.

Our solution

A small team that does the unglamorous work in the middle.

We built Meroxon around a simple idea. Between the seller's hard drive and the buyer's training run sits a lot of careful work: sourcing, redaction, provenance, legal clearance, structuring, negotiation. That work is the deal. We built a firm to do only that work, honestly, and to charge only when it closes.

We keep the team small on purpose. Every deal is handled by someone who has read the archive and spoken to both sides.
